You can permanently delete your Race Chase login and associated account data from inside the app. If you cannot access the app, you can submit a deletion request through our public support form.
Delete in the app
- Open Race Chase and choose My Account.
- Sign in to the account you want deleted.
- Scroll to Account + Data and choose Delete My Account.
- Confirm the permanent deletion when prompted.
Request deletion on the web
If you cannot sign in, use Contact + Support, choose Login or account issue, and write Delete my Race Chase account as the short title. Submit the request using the email address attached to the account. We may contact you at that address to verify ownership before deletion.

What is deleted
Your login, active sessions, account-linked profile and team claims, uploaded claim photos, push-notification registrations, and account preferences are removed, subject to technical completion and lawful exceptions.
What may remain
Official race results and historical competition records may remain because they are factual event records rather than account content. Signed releases and the limited evidence needed to document authorization may remain in a restricted legal archive as described in the Privacy Policy.
